Genome are made from your DNA

.A genome is an organism's complete set of DNAk

that have a nucleus

The human genome, for example, is the set of genetic information
encoded in 46 chromosomes found in the nucleus of each cell. The
chromosomes are organized into 23 pairs one chromosome of each
pair is inherited from the mother and one from the father. 

DNA is the molecule that is the hereditary material in all living cells.
Genes are made of DNA, and so is the genome itself. A gene consists
of enough DNA to code for one protein, and a genome is simply the sum
total of an organism's DNA.
